This is by the Grace of my Lord

People of spiritual insight say that no matter what مقام (station) a person reaches no matter how great a saint or devoted عبادت گزار (worshipper) he becomes ,if Divine Grace is not with him, he cannot traverse the stages of عشق. The true reliance of the saints is not on their deeds, عبادات (acts of worship), or spiritual struggles, but solely on Divine Grace. A person assumes that he has succeeded because of his actions or that his efforts brought him to such a مقام, but in reality, these are merely comforting thoughts.

The Secret of Eternal Success

People of truth say that success in the hereafter is also impossible without Divine Grace. This does not mean that human actions are ineffective. Certainly, actions serve as a prerequisite, but they can never guarantee that success.

For people like us, stained with sins, even experiencing the sweetness of عبادات becomes difficult. Our entire matter appears lost without Divine pardon and grace.


The World of Law and Divine Grace

Now let us bring this principle into the material world, the realm of human systems. Victory and success are not in the hands of states, armies, leaders, or politicians. These only provide the مقدمات (means), but the real decision is made according to Divine Grace.


Iran and America

At present, the confrontation between truth and falsehood has taken a new turn, shaking the world. Iran has offered sacrifices, its infrastructure has been destroyed, and its economy has been severely damaged. Yet despite all these hardships, Iran has delivered a strong blow to global powers and shaken the foundations of American hegemony.

This is not merely the achievement of drones and missiles of the resistance. The greatest factor in it is Divine Grace. Without the special grace of ALLAH, Iran’s military could not have stood against American military power. This was a case made possible by Divine Grace, which supported Iran at this time.

Negotiations and Divine Grace

Now, in the days of ceasefire, when matters such as negotiations, the Strait of Hormuz, and naval blockades are being discussed, those making predictions are beginning to falter. Those who witnessed Divine Grace on the battlefield now seem unable to perceive its effect in the economic or negotiation arenas, or they are paying less attention to it.

However, Iran’s leadership is fully focused on Divine Grace, not merely worldly calculations. The Supreme Leader, Sayyid Mujtaba (may Allah protect him), is not only the legacy of the martyred leader but also the spiritual and ideological son of Imam Khomeini, who would always call upon Allah as “Khudawand-e-Muta‘al” (the Exalted Lord).

The Names of God: Divine Gateways

People of spiritual knowledge say that the Divine Names are gateways. Whoever seeks through a particular gate is granted according to it. Someone like me, an honorary student, cannot truly comprehend this state, but a personality like the Supreme Leader is certainly calling upon God through these gates.

They are confident that this stage too will be passed through Divine Grace.


Trust and the Manifestation of Divine Grace

A statement by the Iranian thinker Dr. Qadak surprised me. He says that our role is to place trust in the Leader,to have complete confidence in him. The Leader’s role is to place trust in Imam Mahdi (peace be upon him), and the Imam’s trust is in the Lord of the worlds with perfect certainty. In this way, we will witness the manifestation of Divine Grace through Imam al-Asr (peace be upon him), and the Strait of Hormuz will become a lesson for global powers.


Final Words

The summary of my humble opinion is this: just as success in the hereafter is impossible without Divine Grace, worldly success is also unattainable without it. Therefore, rely on Divine Grace, not on the promises or guarantees of Eastern or Western powers.
